Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped worldwide from Israel via Israel Post EMS (Express Mail Service) only. You'll receive the tracking number in the notification mail as soon as the order is sent out.(Please check your spam folder when not receiving the notification mail). For your consideration: There is no shipping on Friday and Saturday at Israel.

International delivery: Approximately 1-4 weeks. Free delivery. Worldwide shipping available. We will not be responsible for post office and traffic delays. (Please note that there can be unpredictable delays.)

Please, do allow me 3-5 business days for packaging and shipping after your purchase.

Large paintings will be sent to you rolled in a tube unstretched and will need to be stretched at a frame shop upon its arrival. Small pantings will be sent flat, ready to hang on the wall, in a protective packaging. Paper paintings will be sent in a reinforced envelope or rolled in a tube and will need to be stretched and/ or framed upon its arrival. The canvas paper paintings although are small paintings, will be sent in a protected envelope or rolled in a tube unstretched as well.

If you do want to receive your large painting stretched on canvas and ready to hang on your wall, this service will be charged, please contact me before purchase, so I can get you the right quote with the post office depending on the piece (size, weight) and your location.

Note that custom fees outside Israel are not included in the cost of delivery and may be subject to additional import taxes and customs duties upon arrival, which it's the responsibility of the buyer.

Products with discount will not be refunded. Please, read carefully before purchase.

All artworks are original unique pieces and unframed. With each painting you will receive a certificate of authenticity by the artist.

Your order it's final. I do not offer a refund or return on any products including original paintings and commissioned art due to the customer's change of mind or if the customer decides they do not like the artwork after it has been delivered.

Damaged goods: All products are packaged securely, however in the rare case that an item arrives damaged, please contact me by email within 7 days so we can try to solve the problem.

Orders that can't be delivered due to a wrong address or another undeliverable reason, can be refunded with a processing fee of 30 dollars or can be sent again to a new address when paying the new shipping fees by the buyer. For more information, please contact me.
Please, consider the perception of colors can vary a little. Photos not always can bring you the abundance of the artwork colors as in person.
